The utility company Águas de Pará de Minas, from Grupo Águas do Brasil — which operates thirteen concessions in fourteen towns in the states of Rio, São Paulo and Amazonas — took over, on April 17, 2015, the services of water supply and sewage in the city of Pará de Minas (MG).
Over thirty-five years, the utility company Águas de Pará de Minas will invest about R$ 230 million in the city. Of these, R$ 90 million will be invested in the first two years. Besides this, it will charge service fees lower than the current ones.
To deliver sanitation services and solutions, meeting the needs and expectations of all customers in order to help promote a better quality of life to the population through selective expansion and sustainable actions.
