“In 2025, we continued to implement our 2023–2027 Strategic Plan, achieving results that reinforce the Águas do Brasil Group’s growth trajectory. We delivered consistent growth and financial discipline throughout the year. In line with the targets of Brazil’s sanitation legal framework, we invested R$637 million to expand and modernize infrastructure, enhance operational safety and improve the efficiency of our systems.”

João Pedro Backheuser
Chairman of the Board of Directors

“Our companies work and invest to ensure access to drinking water and sanitation services—factors that improve people’s health and promote dignity and quality of life. Today, through 14 concessionaires and two industrial units in southeastern Brazil, we serve more than 5 million people. Our challenge has been to contribute to universal access to this essential service while protecting water sources and the environment.”
